Overview

This carefully planned Corbett, Kanha & Bandhavgarh itinerary brings together three of India’s most popular national parks in one deeply rewarding wildlife journey. You begin your journey in Jim Corbett in North India, where you will be going on thrilling game drives across its most popular zones. From there our Corbett, Kanha & Bandhavgarh tour package in India takes you to Central India for your next two destinations – Kanha & Bandhavgarh. Kanha is known for its vast sal forests, healthy tiger population, and rare species such as the Barasingha. The last phase of your wildlife journey takes you to Bandhavgarh, a park famous for its compact terrain and some of the highest tiger sighting opportunities in the country.

Destinations Covered

Jim Corbett National Park

Located in the foothills of the Himalayas in Uttarakhand, Jim Corbett National Park is your first destination of your Corbett, Kanha & Bandhavgarh tiger safari tour. It is India’s oldest and one of its richest wildlife regions and one of the most sought after destinations for tiger safari tours in India. Safari drives here offer chances to spot Bengal tigers, elephants, leopards, deer species, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birds amid riverine forests and grasslands.

Kanha National Park in Madhya Pradesh is one of India’s largest and most scenic tiger reserves. Its famous zones Mukki, Kisli, and Kanha combine vast sal forests and open meadows, offering strong tiger sightings along with rich biodiversity, including the rare barasingha. An immersive wildlife safari tour in India is incomplete without adding this destination in your itinerary.

The final wildlife destination in our Corbett, Kanha & Bandhavgarh tiger safari tour is Bandhavgarh National Park in Madhya Pradesh, a wildlife-rich reserve known for high tiger density and the historic Bandhavgarh Fort. It’s a very popular destination for wildlife enthusiasts who plan to book a safari in India. Game drives across Tala, Magadhi, and Khitauli zones maximize tiger sighting chances amid forested hills, open valleys, and fort landscape.

We traveled from Canada to India to celebrate a special event, and Jungle Revives turned it into an unforgettable journey. Everything was flawlessly organized from start to finish. The team guided us in selecting the perfect reserve, coordinated all transfers effortlessly, and even managed last-minute flight changes without any hassle. The safari itself was amazing - we spotted tigers multiple times, including some incredibly close encounters. Our guides were experienced and made each drive engaging and exciting. One of the most memorable moments was a stunning birthday dinner set up under the stars, adding a truly special touch to the trip. I highly recommend Jungle Revives for anyone looking for a smooth and memorable tiger safari experience in India!

Joseph Stan, Canada

I am from South Korea, and our group of six booked a safari tour with Jungle Revives. Initially we were unsure — being in a new country with a new operator can feel challenging. But this turned out to be our most memorable and beautifully planned trip to date. Every communication and daily schedule was perfectly coordinated. Mr. Shishir called us every evening to check how our day went — that level of personal attention truly made us feel valued. The accommodations were luxurious and far beyond what we expected.

Ryeom Hajoon, South Korea

After planning this trip for quite some time, we finally moved forward with Jungle Revives — and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. Communication was professional, every detail thoughtfully arranged, and small touches like blankets, hot water bags and bird identification books in the jeep made every drive genuinely special. We saw tigers, playful cubs, elephants and a stunning variety of wildlife. A dependable safari company that values communication and attention to detail.

Mansi Sharma, India

My 10-day safari covering 4 national parks was very well planned and organised by Jungle Revives. I was worried we might not see any tigers, but we had multiple sightings — especially in Jim Corbett and Kanha. The naturalists were experienced, all stays comfortable and the entire trip went smoothly. Special thanks to Shishir for always being available with prompt responses to every query throughout the trip.

Jenny, United States

After nearly a year of planning, I finally experienced the safari I had been dreaming about — and it was absolutely worth the wait. Mr. Shishir and his team made the entire journey feel effortless. Across Jim Corbett and Bandhavgarh, our group of five spotted 8 tigers along with incredible wildlife and birds. The guides were knowledgeable, respectful toward wildlife and passionate about conservation. Nothing felt rushed — it felt raw, real and deeply connected to nature.

Sam Harward, United States

I had friends visiting from Australia and wanted to give them a special experience. After speaking with Shishir, everything fell into place. He planned a perfect 6-day itinerary covering Jim Corbett, Bandhavgarh and Kanha — including a stay at a government forest rest house inside the park, which was raw and unforgettable. We had multiple tiger sightings across all three parks. Every detail of the trip was handled smoothly — from inter-park transfers to dietary preferences for international guests. We basically just had to show up.

FAQs

Know Before Your Tiger Safari In India

Loader image

The number of guided jeep safaris varies by itinerary and the number of national parks covered. We have tiger safari tour packages with a minimum of 11 safaris & a maximum of 18 safaris.

The best choice depends on your available time, the parks you most want to visit and your wildlife priorities. Our safari planning team is happy to discuss which destinations best aligns with your travel dates, group interests, and expectations during an initial consultation — just get in touch.

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 months in advance for travel between October and May — India's peak season for both wildlife safaris and cultural sightseeing. Safari zone permits for popular parks like Ranthambore, Corbett's Dhikala zone and Bandhavgarh are limited and allocated by the forest department in advance. Quality jungle lodges near these parks also fill up quickly in peak season.

All our packages for tiger safari in India are fully managed with end-to-end planning. Inclusions typically cover airport transfers, inter city transfers, handpicked jungle lodge accommodation, all meals, expert naturalist-led jeep safaris, park entry permits and guide fees. Each itinerary is customisable. Exact inclusions are confirmed per itinerary.

The best time for a tiger safari in India is from October to June, when national parks are open to visitors. The peak wildlife season runs from February to May — as temperatures rise, tigers and wildlife gather around water sources, making sightings far more likely.

All jeep safaris booked through Jungle Revives are private — the vehicle is exclusively for your group, accompanied by your dedicated naturalist and a forest department guide. You will never share the jeep with travellers from other bookings.

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed — this is the fundamental nature of a wild, authentic safari and precisely what makes each encounter so genuinely exciting. However, a multi-park itinerary significantly maximises your chances in two ways: first, more total safari drives across multiple parks means more opportunities; second, if tiger activity is lower in one park during your visit, the other parks provide additional chances.

Zone allocation depends on the park, the season and daily permit availability at the time of booking. We also take practical inputs from our local guides regarding recent tiger sightings and activities to include those specific zones and areas in your itinerary. Zone allocation across multiple drives ensures you see different terrain and different wildlife in each park.

India's tiger reserves are home to extraordinary biodiversity. Across our tiger safari & culture tour in India destinations you can regularly expect to see: leopards, sloth bears, Asian elephants, Indian gaur, wild dogs / dholes, marsh crocodiles and gharials, Barasingha / hard-ground swamp deer, one-horned rhinoceros and an extraordinary diversity of raptors, waterbirds and forest birds across all parks.

Morning safaris typically start from 6 am until mid-morning are the most productive for tiger sightings and movement and the golden light is excellent for photography. Afternoon safaris approximately starts from 2:30pm until dusk, offering different advantages. We always schedule both morning and afternoon drives across every full day in the parks.

Absolutely. You can adjust accommodation type, add or reduce safari drives, extend your stay at the park, include a Taj Mahal or Delhi sightseeing day, or accommodate dietary requirements. Simply share your requirements via our enquiry form or write to us at info@junglerevives.com and our safari planning experts will design an itinerary built around you.

Yes — all Jungle Revives tours are private by design. There are no group departures or shared vehicles. Every itinerary is run exclusively for your travel group, whether that is a couple, a family with children, a group of friends or a corporate group.

Yes, absolutely. Agra, Jaipur & Delhi are easy to incorporate into almost any North India safari itinerary as an en route stop. We can add it to any itinerary — including Central India tours returning via Delhi — with no significant detour. Just mention it when we discuss your itinerary.

Our multi-park tiger safari tours combine some of India’s top tiger reserves known for high tiger densities and rewarding wildlife experiences, including Jim Corbett National Park, Kanha National Park, Bandhavgarh National Park, Pench National Park, and Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve.

Depending on your itinerary, transfers between destinations are arranged through a combination of domestic flights and road journeys. Jungle Revives takes care of every transfer — including airport pickups, domestic flights, and drives to the national parks — as part of your package, ensuring a seamless travel experience throughout your journey.

All properties are handpicked by Jungle Revives and ranges from comfortable mid-range jungle resorts to premium wildlife lodges, depending on your preference and budget. For Jim Corbett, our standard itinerary includes a stay at Dhikala Forest Rest House — located inside the core Dhikala zone of the park.
