Head Naturalist

We’re looking for an experienced naturalist who can lead from the front, strengthen the quality of our wildlife experiences and mentor a team that shares a genuine passion for the natural world. You will help shape how guests experience India’s reserves—from the stories shared during a safari to the guiding standards followed across every trip.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the naturalist team while maintaining guiding standards.
Conduct and oversee safaris, nature walks and field activities.
Interpret wildlife, habitats and conservation accurately and engagingly.
Conduct field training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Ensure responsible viewing and compliance with park protocols.
Review guest feedback and improve guided experiences.

Business Development & Travel Sales Executive

We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with travellers, understanding their interests and turning enquiries into well-planned journeys. Alongside managing inbound leads, you will build lasting relationships with travel agents, DMCs, corporate partners and repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage enquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp and website forms.
Recommend itineraries and prepare proposals based on client needs and budgets.
Generate and follow up on B2B and direct-sales leads.
Build relationships with agents, DMCs, corporates and repeat clients.
Coordinate availability and pricing with the operations team.
Track the sales pipeline, follow-ups and conversions.

Travel Operations & Logistics Executive

This role is suited to someone who enjoys bringing many moving parts together and solving problems calmly. You will coordinate the permits, stays, transfers and local arrangements behind every trip, ensuring the journey feels smooth and effortless for the guest.

Key Responsibilities

Manage safari permits, park zones, entry requirements & documentation.
Coordinate stays, transfers, guides, naturalists and vendor arrangements.
Prepare booking files, vouchers and guest travel information.
Reconfirm services with lodges, transport providers and local partners.
Monitor live trips and resolve on-ground issues promptly.
Maintain records & communicate updates to guests, vendors & team.

Birding Naturalist

We’re looking for an experienced birder with strong identification skills and a deep understanding of regional birdlife. You will lead engaging birding experiences for travellers with different levels of knowledge—from first-time birdwatchers to guests seeking particular species.

Key Responsibilities

Lead guided birding walks, tours and species-focused itineraries.
Identify birds accurately by sight, call, habitat and behaviour.
Plan routes around local habitats, seasons and migration patterns.
Engage birders of different experience levels with accurate interpretation.
Support birding photographers while encouraging responsible observation.
Maintain sighting records and follow ethical birding practices.
