By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making a booking or participating in a tour or safari arranged by Jungle Revives, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
For the purposes of these Terms, “Jungle Revives”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Jungle Revives. “You”, “your”, “guest” or “traveller” refers to the person making the booking or participating in the services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the applicable laws and regulations.
The Jungle Revives website and its content are intended for personal and lawful use.
Unless otherwise stated, all text, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, designs, itineraries, downloadable materials and other content published on the Jungle Revives website are owned by or licensed to Jungle Revives and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written permission.

Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes confirmed only after the applicable payment has been received and Jungle Revives has issued written confirmation.
Where Jungle Revives offers a temporary hold or provisional booking, the reservation will remain valid only for the period communicated at the time of booking. If the required payment or confirmation is not received within that period, the provisional booking may lapse and the reserved service may be released.
Jungle Revives reserves the right to decline a booking request where we are unable to reasonably provide the requested services or where the request involves inaccurate information, safety concerns, unlawful activity or violation of applicable regulations.
Travellers must provide accurate and complete information required for accommodation, safari permits, transportation, identity verification and other travel arrangements.
This may include names, contact details, nationality, date of birth, passport or government-issued identification details, visa information and other information required by relevant authorities or service providers.
Travellers are responsible for:
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards wildlife, local communities, fellow travellers, guides, naturalists, drivers, accommodation staff and other service providers.
Guests must not engage in unlawful, abusive, disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
Jungle Revives or the relevant service provider may refuse or discontinue a service where a guest creates a safety risk, seriously disrupts other guests, violates applicable laws or regulations, provides materially false information or prevents the service from being delivered safely.
Any fines, penalties or costs arising from a guest’s violation of applicable laws or park regulations may be the responsibility of the guest, subject to applicable law.
Payment schedules and applicable amounts will be specified in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
All payments must be received within the agreed timelines. Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in the release or cancellation of reserved services in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion costs or transaction fees may be payable by the traveller where specified.
Government taxes, park entry fees, forest department charges, safari permit fees, conservation charges, fuel surcharges or other mandatory charges may change after a quotation or booking.
Any increase imposed by the relevant government authority, forest department or service provider may be payable by the traveller.
Changes in accommodation, transportation, third-party service charges or other supplier costs may also result in additional charges where applicable.
Requests to modify travel dates, accommodation, safari zones, transportation, activities or other itinerary components must be submitted in writing.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Certain changes may not be possible after safari permits, accommodation or other services have been confirmed or issued.
Changes requested close to the date of travel may, where applicable, be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Any resulting charges will be governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and third-party supplier terms.
Safari permits, entry gates, safari zones, timings, vehicle allocations and access to protected areas are controlled by the relevant forest department, national park, tiger reserve, wildlife sanctuary or other government authority.
Jungle Revives does not control the allocation of permits, safari zones, entry gates or routes.
Safari schedules and routes may change due to wildlife movement, weather, forest conditions, safety considerations, administrative decisions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Jungle Revives does not guarantee sightings of tigers, leopards, elephants, birds or any particular species, nor does it guarantee specific animal behaviour, locations or photographic opportunities.
Wildlife is unpredictable and sightings depend on natural conditions, season, weather, habitat, animal movement and other factors.
All guests must comply with the rules and instructions issued by the relevant forest department, national park, tiger reserve, wildlife sanctuary or other protected-area authority.
Guests must not:
Jungle Revives may arrange or facilitate services provided by independent third-party providers, including hotels, resorts, lodges, forest accommodations, safari operators, transportation providers, guides, naturalists, airlines, local activity providers and other travel suppliers.
Such services remain subject to the availability, operating conditions and terms of the respective providers.
Third-party providers may have their own payment, cancellation, amendment, check-in, check-out, child-related requirements (including age restrictions, child policies and applicable charges), identification requirements and other terms.
Check-in and check-out times, room categories, meal plans, child policies, extra-bed policies, early check-in, late check-out and other accommodation conditions are determined by the respective property.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed in writing.
No adjustment or refund will ordinarily be made for a facility or service that a guest voluntarily chooses not to use, unless otherwise stated in the applicable booking terms.
Transportation arranged by Jungle Revives may be provided through independent transportation partners.
Vehicle type, seating capacity and route will be based on the confirmed itinerary and availability.
Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, local restrictions, delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by drivers and Jungle Revives representatives.
Wildlife safaris and outdoor travel may involve long hours in open vehicles, uneven terrain, remote locations, changing weather conditions and limited access to medical facilities.
Travellers are responsible for determining whether they are physically fit to participate in the activities included in their itinerary.
Guests should inform Jungle Revives in advance of relevant mobility or special assistance requirements so that reasonable arrangements can be assessed.
Travellers are responsible for carrying necessary prescribed medication and other personal medical requirements.
Jungle Revives strongly recommends appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, trip interruption, baggage loss or delay and other relevant travel risks.
Where travel insurance is specifically required for an itinerary, the traveller must obtain such insurance before travel.
Children and minors remain the responsibility of their accompanying parent or legal guardian throughout the trip.
Age restrictions may apply to certain safaris, activities, accommodation or destinations based on the requirements of the relevant authorities or service providers.
Applicable child or extra-person charges will be communicated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Guests may take photographs and videos for personal use during their trip, subject to the rules of the relevant park, forest department, accommodation and other authorities.
Commercial photography, filming, production, licensing or other profit-making activities may require prior written permission from Jungle Revives and/or the relevant authorities.
Guests must not use photography or filming practices that disturb wildlife, compromise safety or violate the privacy or rights of other guests.
Where Jungle Revives photographs or records guests during tours or safaris for promotional purposes, such content may be used for marketing and communication where appropriate consent has been obtained.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material should inform Jungle Revives in writing before the commencement of the trip.
Jungle Revives shall not be responsible for failure, delay, cancellation or modification of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, severe weather, forest fires, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, national park or wildlife reserve closures, changes in forest department regulations, civil unrest, war, terrorism, strikes, transportation disruptions, road closures, environmental conditions or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, Jungle Revives will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements, modifications or rescheduling.
Any refund arising from such circumstances will be governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and the terms of the affected third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a traveller may be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from:
This clause shall not apply to the extent that the relevant loss arises from Jungle Revives’ own negligence or any liability that cannot legally be transferred to the traveller.
Cancellation, refund and cancellation-related amendment terms are governed by the Jungle Revives Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to the booking.
Where a booking includes third-party services, the cancellation and refund terms of the relevant third-party provider may also apply.
The applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.
Jungle Revives may collect and process personal information necessary to respond to enquiries, process bookings, arrange travel services, communicate with travellers and provide other services.
The collection, use, storage and protection of personal information are governed by the Jungle Revives Privacy Policy.

Jungle Revives reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue website features, content or services where necessary.
